She made the experience of being a first time home buyer way less scary. Before we even started looking, she clearly went over all upcoming steps with me and all the expected closing costs wisp that I wasn’t blindsided by the numbers when I reached out to lenders. She made everything way less complicated and advocated for all my needs. While I didn’t feel pressured to go with her recommendations, she did provide amazing recommendations on lenders, inspectors, title agents, etc. the process was so much smoother than I thought it would be and I’m so thankful for Katie.
